Organic Ravioli Braised Beef & Vegetables

Organic Ravioli with Pulled Beef, red wine jus.

Ravioli Beef Organic : recipe suggestion: for 2 People


  • 1 purple garlic cloves,
  • 2 baby onion,
  • 200 gm beef brisket,
  • nutmeg,
  • sea salt,
  • cracked black pepper,
  • 30 gm Tomato paste,
  • 30 gm of butter,
  • fresh grated parmesan,
  • fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage),
  • a glass of red wine
  • 300ml of beef stock.

Process: Simply place a large pot on your stove, fill this up with hot water from your kettle, 2 lt of water will do for cooking 300 gm of our Ravioli, add salt to it and taste it, you should be able to taste the saltines, if it’s too bland add bit more salt to it.
Peel the onions and garlic and fry them in a medium size pot with the herbs and half of the butter for few minutes, add the beef to the hot pot and sear the meat 6 minutes on each side, adjust with salt and pepper, add the nutmeg and the red wine.
Reduce the wine by half, at this stage add the beef stock and the tomato paste, cook until the brisket break a part easily, cook on low heat and add more stock during cooking if needed.
Pulled the beef brisket creating and cut the cooked onions. Leave everything inside the pot together with the jus.

Place you pasta strait from the packet into the boiling water, stir gently in the first minute avoiding any pasta to stick to the bottom of the pot.
Stir time to time until it’s cooked, usually all our pasta takes 3-4 minutes to cook, drain the pasta and mixed with the sauce, on gentle fire, add the grated parmesan, ready to be served.
