This sauce is a classic but delicious if combine well.
I would recommend serving it with:
Fagottini al prosciutto, Tortello Emiliano, Tortellini di Pollo, Tortellone Wagyu beef, Linguine, Tagliatelle, Rigatoni, Gnocchi di patate, Raviolacci di zucca.
This time I will use my delicious fresh Tortello Emiliano.
- Cook the Tortello in boiling water,
- reheat the carbonara sauce in a fry pan with deep edges,
- add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well, add a small ladle of boiling water to help combine well the sauce, serve and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
