I would recommend serving it with:
Fagottini al prosciutto, Tortello Emiliano, Tortellini di Pollo, Tortellone Wagyu beef, Linguine, Tagliatelle, Rigatoni, Gnocchi di patate, Agnolotto verde, Triangoli al Salmone, Quadrati al formaggio, Ravioli di Zucca.

This time I will use my delicious Fagottini al Prosciutto

  • Cook the fagottini in salted boiling water, I will reheat 100 ml of fresh cream in a fry pan with deep edges, add the cooked pasta and the pesto, mix well and serve.
  • If you don’t want to use any cream, just don’t fry off the pesto, it will easy split all the oil and turn dark in colour. Just add a small ladle of boiling water to the fry pan with deep edges, put it on the fire to get some heat and then add the pesto and the pasta, the heat from the pasta will help reheat the pesto sauce to perfection.
