3 Simple steps to a delicious meal

I would recommend serving it with:
Fagottini al prosciutto, Tortello Emiliano, Tortellini di Pollo, Tortellone Wagyu beef, Linguine, Tagliatelle, Gnocchi di patate, Agnolotto verde, Quadrati al formaggio, Ravioli di Zucca.

This time we will use our Fagottini al Prosciutto:

  • Cook the fagottini in salted boiling water, cook the pasta for a few minutes until “al dente”
  • Then reheat 100 ml of fresh cream in a fry pan with deep edges. Add the cooked pasta and the pesto, mix well and serve.
  • If you don’t want to use any cream, just don’t fry off the pesto, it will split all the oil and turn dark in colour.
  • Just add a small ladle of boiling water to a fry pan with deep edges. Place the pan on a gentle heat and then add the pesto and the pasta, the heat from the pasta will help reheat the pesto sauce to perfection.

Ready to be served, enjoy you fresh pasta with friends, family or by yourself. Quick and easy without preservative or additive.
