You can combine this delicious sauce with most of our ravioli and tortellini or any plain pasta range.
I love this sauce with my Wagyu beef Tortelloni and the Mushrooms and truffle ravioli, also works to perfection with the fresh Tagliatelle, linguine, Gnocchi di patate or Raviolacci di Zucca.
- Simply Cook your preferred pasta in boiling salted water for the time mentioned on the packet, reheat the sauce in a pan, add the pasta to the sauce, mix well and serve.
- You can add a small ladle of cooking water to help the pasta mix well with the sauce.
- Top up with some grated Parmigiano cheese and a drizzle of good extra virgin olive oil.
